Start From Scratch Furnish Plan

Investor-ready and homeowner-friendly: a complete furnishing plan for empty rooms or new homes. I source and size every piece and send direct product links (no markup) so you can order in one go.

Assemble & Installation
$200/hour for a 3-person team (4-hour minimum)​​

Hands-on setup to bring your design to life: we unbox, assemble, hang, place, and style so the room is ready to use (and photograph).​

Arrival + quick walkthrough of the agreed layout

Place and style furniture & décor to the agreed layout and clearances

Installing curtain rods, shades, blinds, or tracks (we refer/coordinate with pros)

Electrical/hardwiring, plumbing, or appliance installs

TV mounting over masonry/fireplace; drilling into concrete/brick without approval

Built-ins/carpentry, painting, patching, wallpaper

Off-site hauling/disposal or vendor returns
-
Heavy moves up/down multiple flights without elevator (ask first)
